Nogoflani Fofana (1998) is a Paris-based curator working at the intersection of art, architecture, and design. Her practice combines critical research with curatorial and project-based work, with a sustained attention to space, objects, and materiality.

Her research explores how forms, materials, and built environments shape cultural experience, drawing connections between modernist legacies and contemporary practices. She is particularly interested in moments of transition, where functional or utilitarian forms acquire new meanings through exhibition, context, and use.

She holds a Master’s degree in Art Market Management (EAC, 2022). Her thesis focused on the Union des Artistes Modernes (1929-1958), examining how socially oriented, functional design later entered museum collections and the art market, transforming everyday objects into rare and highly valued works.

This interest in 20th-century avant-gardes informs her engagement with contemporary architecture and design, allowing her to trace continuities and ruptures in the ways spaces are conceived, inhabited, and displayed.

Her practice spans research, curatorial writing, project coordination, and on-site production. She develops projects from initial research to public presentation, working across gallery and institutional contexts. Grounded in on-the-ground practice, she collaborates closely with artists and partners, supports the production of exhibitions and projects, and engages professional audiences throughout the process.

Through her work, Nogoflani Fofana bridges research, curatorial conception, and communication, creating dialogues between art, architecture, and design, and contributing to new forms of spatial and public experience.
